Jennifer Albert is a Principal at Hall Capital Partners LLC where she leads the firm’s Investment Operations group. Ms. Albert is responsible for firm-wide investment operations and client transaction processing. She also manages the operational aspects of manager, custodian, and fund administrator relationships.
Ms. Albert joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joining Hall Capital, Ms. Albert was Vice President of Business Strategy and Operations at Atalaya Capital Management, an alternative investment advisory firm. Previously, she served as Director of Operations for Raveneur Investment Group, an event-driven start-up hedge fund. Prior to that, she worked for King Street Capital Management, where, over the course of her time there, she managed trade operations, investor relations operations, and treasury. Additionally, she started her career at Bear Stearns in Prime Brokerage as an analyst.
Skip Bansak is a Vice President in Hall Capital Partners’ Business Intelligence group. As Director of Data Analytics, Mr. Bansak’s responsibilities include the composition, implementation, and facilitation of comprehensive data analytics to augment the firm’s ability to make agile, informed business decisions.
Mr. Bansak joined the firm in 2008 as an Analyst in the Portfolio Management practice and was promoted to Associate in 2012. He moved to the Business Development group in 2013, and was promoted to Senior Analytics Manager in 2015. He was promoted to Vice President in 2018.
In 2019, Mr. Bansak assumed the role of Business Intelligence Manager and began focusing his efforts on Hall Capital’s Innovations and Data Analytics initiatives. In 2021, he joined the firm’s newly-formed Business Intelligence group and was named Director of Data Analytics in 2022.
Kyle M. Brady is a Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Hall Capital Partners LLC in San Francisco. He is a Registered In-House Counsel.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Brady spent five years at BlueMountain Capital Management, LLC, most recently as their Associate General Counsel, where he worked on the firm’s hedge funds and private equity funds, CLOs, underlying investments, and regulatory and compliance matters. He began his career as an associate at the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.
Jeff Chou is a Principal and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Hall Capital Partners. He is responsible for implementing and maintaining the firm’s compliance program and advising on compliance-related matters in coordination with the Chief Compliance Officer.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Mr. Chou was a Senior Principal Consultant at ACA Compliance Group, where he advised a wide range of SEC-registered investment advisers, from emerging private fund managers to leading global asset managers, in developing, enhancing, and testing their compliance programs. This included providing outsourced compliance support, conducting mock SEC examinations and other specialized reviews, and guiding them through complex SEC examinations and post-examination remediation efforts.
Bryan Giordano is an Assistant Controller at Hall Capital Partners LLC. His primary focus is Hall Capital’s Pooled Vehicles program, where his responsibilities include managing the operations of the funds and vendor relationships and ensuring reporting and regulatory requirements are met (tax reporting & filings, annual audits, compliance with regulatory agencies).
Mr. Giordano joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining Hall Capital Partners, he was the Director in Fund Administration at SS&C Technologies, where he managed key client relationships, including pensions, endowments, and fund of funds (2011-2019). Prior to that, he was a Senior Fund Accountant at Citi Hedge Fund Services (2008-2011).
Samantha Green is the Vice President of Data Operations at Hall Capital Partners LLC in the New York office.
Ms. Green joined the firm in 2011, starting as an Analyst in the Portfolio Management Group before transitioning to the Corporate Analytics/Data Operations group when it was initially formed in 2014. Prior to joining Hall Capital Partners, she worked briefly in customer service.
Pam Hart is a Vice President and Head of Human Capital at Hall Capital Partners LLC in San Francisco.
Ms. Hart has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources and most recently was Global Head of Human Resources for White Oak Global Advisors, LLC and its affiliates worldwide, where she was responsible for overseeing recruiting, employee engagement and retention, benefits, compensation management, project management, policy practices and procedures. Prior to this, she was Head of HR for Alta Vista Solutions, a bay area engineering consulting firm, and is a return employee of Hall Capital Partners, where she led Human Resources and Administration for 16 years. She has also held positions at Aetna Life & Casualty, Fireman’s Fund and Industrial Indemnity Insurance Companies.
Mariza Souza Kermani (she/her) is an Investment Operations Manager in San Francisco.
She joined Hall Capital in 2018. Previously she worked in Investment Banking Operations at Credit Suisse in Raleigh, NC and London, UK.
Susan Kim is a Data Operations Manager at Hall Capital Partners LLC in San Francisco.
Ms. Kim joined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining Hall Capital Partners, she was a Finance PMO manager and Fund Administration Manager at LendingClub (2016-2020). Prior to that, she was an Assistant Director in Fund Administration at State Street (2011-2015), Fund Administration at JP Morgan Chase (2007-2011), and Fund Accounting at State Street (2006-2007).
Chuck Kurz is a Managing Director at Hall Capital Partners LLC and Head of Strategy, Operations, and Finance. His responsibilities include the management of firm-wide operations and strategy coordination.
Mr. Kurz joined the firm in 1998 as a Reporting Analyst in the Client Services Group, where he most recently managed the personnel, portfolio reporting, and investment strategy implementation. He was appointed to his current position in 2012.
