Pam Hart is a Vice President and Head of Human Capital at Hall Capital Partners LLC in San Francisco.
Ms. Hart has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources and most recently was Global Head of Human Resources for White Oak Global Advisors, LLC and its affiliates worldwide, where she was responsible for overseeing recruiting, employee engagement and retention, benefits, compensation management, project management, policy practices and procedures. Prior to this, she was Head of HR for Alta Vista Solutions, a bay area engineering consulting firm, and is a return employee of Hall Capital Partners, where she led Human Resources and Administration for 16 years. She has also held positions at Aetna Life & Casualty, Fireman’s Fund and Industrial Indemnity Insurance Companies.
