Victoria Alvarez-Arango Ragolta is a Senior Associate at Hall Capital Partners LLC and a member of the firm’s Portfolio Management practice in New York. She is responsible for developing investment management strategy and constructing, monitoring, and rebalancing investment portfolios.

Ms. Alvarez-Arango Ragolta initially joined Hall Capital in 2016 as a member of the firm’s Research Group. As an Associate on the Public Equities team, she was responsible for sourcing and due diligence of equity managers. She left in 2020 to earn her M.B.A at Harvard Business School, during which she interned at J.P. Morgan in the Private Bank as a Senior Associate, served on the HBS Women in Investing club board, and was Co-President of the HBS Latino Student Association.
