Marie Pierre is a Vice President and the Head of DEI & Talent at Hall Capital Partners LLC in San Francisco. She leads talent management, professional development, and recruiting strategy across the firm, and works closely with Human Capital and other business leaders on various firmwide people-related initiatives. She also co-chairs Hall Capital Partners’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice, in conjunction with the firm’s senior management team.
Ms. Pierre initially joined Hall Capital in 2013 as an Analyst in the firm’s Portfolio Management practice. She was promoted to Associate in 2015 and has also served as a Special Projects Associate, PMG Manager, and Co-Chief of Staff within the Portfolio Management Group.

Cooking and baking – growing up, my mother was a chef so the kitchen has always been my favorite room in the home. My specialty is quick breads.

I have over 50 different plants in my home (40 varieties).
