Rosalind F. Cohen is a Principal at Hall Capital Partners LLC and Director of Human Capital managing the firm's tactical and strategic people programs, process, and practices.

Prior to joining Hall Capital in 2013, Ms. Cohen was a Managing Director of Human Resources at Business for Social Responsibility where she managed a global human resources team, overseeing compensation, benefits, recruitment, relocation, and payroll strategies and execution. Previously, Ms. Cohen established and led the human resources function at the Walt Disney Family Museum and Nollenberger Capital Partners, a boutique financial services firm. Among other things, as Director of Human Resources, she developed the hiring processes and competitive benefits programs. Ms. Cohen began her career in human resources at Banc of America Securities as a Vice President/Business Support in the Equity Research Department.

Ms. Cohen serves on the Board of the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco (JCCSF) and is an advisor for Girls on the Run, Bay Area. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Public and Educational Management from the Stony Brook University and is currently a Ph.D. student at Antioch University in the Leadership and Change program. She has been awarded both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resources Management and the Senior Certified Professional in HR (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
